1. Parties
This service agreement is concluded between, on one side, SEVEN GLOBAL SEYAHAT ACENTASI TURİZM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ — which provides online transfer services through the website www.shadowtransfer.com (TÜRSAB License No: 16605, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") — and on the other side, the person whose name and surname appears on the reservation form, together with all other passengers travelling under the same reservation (collectively referred to as the "Customer").
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement defines the terms governing the transfer service between the Service Provider and the Customer. The service in question is acquired through the reservation completed via the website; its scope and content are described in detail on the relevant pages of the site.
3. Duration of the Agreement
The agreement enters into force at the moment the relevant reservation is approved by the Service Provider and terminates upon full completion of the service on the transfer date and time specified by the Customer in the reservation.
4. Payment and Invoicing
If the "cash payment in vehicle" option is selected during reservation, the Customer is obliged to pay the service fee in cash to the driver during the transfer. If an invoice request is clearly stated in the "Note" field of the reservation form, the invoice will be delivered to the Customer inside the vehicle.
5. Cancellation, Modification and Refund Terms
The following rules apply to cancellation requests submitted by the Customer:
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the transfer time: the full amount paid is refunded to the Customer.
• Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the transfer time: 75% of the service fee is refunded.
• Cancellations made between 1-12 hours before the transfer time: 50% of the service fee is refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the transfer time, or no-shows: no refund is issued; however, a 50% discount is granted for one-way transfer on the next reservation. To benefit from this discount, the Customer must mention the previous cancellation in the "Note" field of the new reservation.

6. General Provisions
In the event of circumstances that may prevent the service (traffic accident, heavy traffic, mechanical failure, adverse weather conditions, security measures, etc.), the Service Provider will immediately attempt to provide an alternative vehicle and inform the Customer of developments. If an alternative vehicle cannot be provided, the full amount of the service fee paid is refunded and the Customer is granted a 50% discount on the next one-way transfer. All passengers using the transfer service are covered by insurance; medical expenses arising from any accident or injury are covered within the limits defined by the existing insurance policy.
7. Effect and Competent Court
This agreement, consisting of 7 articles in total, may be issued in 2 copies and signed by the parties when deemed necessary. The provisions of Turkish Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 shall apply to the resolution of any dispute arising from this agreement. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices. By completing the reservation, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement, the regulations on the "Terms and Conditions" page, the responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, Law No. 4925, and all information available on the Service Provider's website. This declaration remains valid even if the reservation is made by a third party on behalf of the Customer.
